Objective of the Portfolio Service

PPS is designed to allow accounting firms and financial planners the opportunity to experience the fantastic cost saving facilities of the Praemium software service for a limited number of portfolios.

Minimum entry level is 5 portfolios for $1,870pa ( incl GST ). In addition to this, all you need is 2-3 hours training via the web, $440. Additional training and assistance in uploading your initial data is available on request.

When you wish to transfer your licence to your own practice, all your client’s data will be transferred at a nominal charge. Additional training may be required at this time to correctly administer user and client access.

Share Transactions:
Your client’s brokers are instructed to send copies of all contact notes to Praemium on a daily basis. These details are electronically uploaded without you staff doing any data entry.

ASX Data Feeds:
Praemium uploads “audited” ASX feeds daily. This data includes, dividends, DRP’s issues, options, reconstructions

Uploads From Your Existing System:
Regardless of where your data is, Praemium can probably upgrade it electronically. Data upload routines are available for IRS, Shareman, PKF Super, BGL Super, Visiplan, Excel etc

Banklink & CMT Uploads:
Integration to actual cash transactions from a variety of providers allows Praemium to reconcile the actual cash book to the theoretical cash book

Integration to DIY Super:
Once the portfolio has been reconciled, all transactions can be exported to BGL Simple Fund and the new Desktop Super applications to complete the accounts

Portfolio Reconstructions:
Your client has lost his information, your client’s solicitor requires a net tax position of the portfolio for a deceased estate or a divorce…just ask Praemium to recalculate to the nominated date.
